Disappointing

I got about 2 weeks of good use from this product (notwithstanding some of the issues noted below). I wouldn't purchase it again, even at prices I am now seeing, e.g. $12.50.

Problems:
1. No noise cancelling -- I cannot use this in my car, as the background noise it picks up makes it difficult for me to hear the distant-end party. This also makes it impossible for me to use voice commands on my phone -- commands are not recognized.

2. Folding up the mic arm does not always turn off the unit -- the on-off operation is intermittent.

3. All buttons on the unit are too loose. They can be actuated by what seems to be just about the weight of a glance. This results in false calls.

4. The unit does not sit tightly on the ear. Turn my head quickly and the unit shakes a bit, and then the loose buttons noted above are actuated.

5. After a few weeks of use, the charger no longer coupled well with the headset. It had to be held in an awkward position to keep charging.

Makes me question whether I had actually purchased a brand new unit.

Going to try a Jabra product next.

It was inexpensive and that is what I got. I never did get good sound quality in or out of this blue tooth. Everyone always asked if I was on my cell.

Best Bluetooth

This model Bluetooth was the first model I ever owned...that was 3 years ago. I loved it then, and I love it now. My primary reason for purchasing it is because I really do not like the majority of current Bluetooth devices, which all have a piece which is supposed to fit inside the ear. Just before purchasing this model, I attempted to buy one of these other Bluetooth devices, but it was very uncomfortable and did not fit my ear properly. This current model works great with my new Blackberry, fits my ear, is very comfortable, and has great volume and reception. I'm very pleased with it, and I would definitely purchase it again:)

Wouldn't work

Bought this to replace another Motorola ear piece that broke. This one wouldn't charge when I got it. The charger connection was some proprietary version I have not seen before (not the standard mini or micro USB) and would not charge unless I held it a certain way. I sent it back so never had a chance to use it so can't speak to it's functionality. Amazon was great about the return process, as usual.

Product does not work!!

I purchased this headset as a present for my brother and was mortified to learn that it did not work when he recieved it. The battery would not charge at all. In the past I have purchased motorola products and been very happy with them unfortunatly this one does not stand up to there normal standards. I would think twice before purchasing this product.
